Please make sure that you have clearly indicated the particular record you wish to claim (gender; age range; round; bow style etc).

In addition, please include:

• Your Club and AGB Membership No. 

• a copy of the results or a countersigned score sheet

• date of birth

Please note: Records may only be claimed for scores achieved at an open shoot/competition, and within THREE months .
