Many thanks to those of you who have submitted scores for June's National round.
Don't worry if you weren't able to do so since, for the Individual competition, an archer's four best results are used to determine the outcome.

July's round is:
LONG METRIC I for adults (3doz at 70m & 3doz at 60m)
LONG METRIC III for juniors (3doz at 50m & 3doz at 40m).
Both use a 122cm face with metric scoring.
These longer distances are more challenging, but have a go and see how you get on.
