Hi all,
the 2026 SCAS Clout, hosted by BAA, on Sunday 7th June is fast approaching with less than 5 weeks left to enter and just 6 weeks left until the big day itself!
Please share with your members and any other archery contacts and encourage their entry.
As well as being an enjoyable shoot with individual awards on the day, there is a county team element so the more entries Bucks has the better chance of winning ;)
If you have never shot clout before or want to get some more practise in before the day there are two more sessions planned so come along and give it a go-
10th May: up to 140y at Shenley Archers
17th May: up to 180y in Chesham
We are also looking for a small group of volunteers to man the tuck shop throughout the day, help with checking scores at the end of the day + a few other small jobs. Please get in touch if you can help.
Look forward to seeing you all on the day.

This post is a nice, concise update that highlights opportunities for archers to get involved in regional clout events, which aren’t always as widely talked about as target competitions. It’s interesting how events like the SCAS Clout bring together both experienced archers and those newer to the discipline, especially since clout shooting requires a slightly different skill set and approach. The mention of scheduled dates and wider regional participation really shows how active the archery community is across the counties . It makes the sport feel quite accessible and social as well. I came across rapid assignment help while reading similar topics, and it can also be explored via assignment services for related academic work.
